ID CARD FEES
A Fitness Center identification card must be presented upon each visit. This card
will also grant members access to the secured high school building. Members
purchasing a 1 year membership will receive a Member ID card at no charge. Those
purchasing the 6 or 3 month memberships will be charged $5 for the card.
Replacement cards can be purchased for $10.

Photos for the identification cards will be taken at the time you sign up for the Fitness Center.
The card will be printed and ready for you upon your next visit to the Fitness Center.

Spouses of Employees may use the facility as a “resident” or “non-resident”,
based upon whether or not the employee resides in the District.

ALL MEMBERS
• Must be in at least 9th grade.
• Wear appropriate athletic dress and shoes. Shirts
and shoes must be worn at all times.
• Provide membership card each visit.
• Participate in an initial training and evaluation
with a fitness center employee.
• Must present Identification Card upon entering
• Prior to using the fitness center, must complete forms
and participate in an initial evaluation
