In an effort to better serve the parents of the South Fayette  School District upgraded the services offered through the ParentConnect XP system as of July 1, 2007.  Through this upgrade you will notice the following enhanced features:

  • More frequent and timely email notifications for student attendance (by 12 PM daily)

  • Single login and password for both Middle School and High School ParentConnectXP

  • Ability to email forgotten password information to a registered email address within minutes

  • Ability to notify users of system outages and upgrades via a newly designed list-serv

What is ParentCONNECTxp?

Parents of students currently attending South Fayette Township Middle or High School can now see their student's records twenty four hours a day, seven days a week by using Internet access. Specifically, they can view attendance, assignments, grade information, announcements, tasks completed, and discipline information.

South Fayette is proud to be one of only a small number of schools in the country has been using a system such as this to communicate student progress to parents.

The software program is called parentCONNECTxp and access to the password protected system requires registration and login secure web servers that house student information.

parentCONNECTxp utilizes daily attendance information, teacher electronic grade book information, and other student database information to form the basis of reporting to users.

Users of the system will also be able to request an automatic e-mail notification of any disciplinary actions, tardiness, unexcused absences, missing assignments and failing scores.
