South Fayette Middle School Students
Win Poster Contest
South Fayette Township, PA – South Fayette 7th graders Maria Druchniak, Joe Cochran and Stephen Hasis were named as winners of a poster contest sponsored by The Alliance Against Drugs.
The theme of the contest was "Breaking the Code of Silence: Community Responsibility."
As the School’s top three winners, the students were invited to attend a special award luncheon with Honorary Chairperson Ben Roethlisberger. The students received a personal photo with Mr. Roethlisberger at the lunch in recognition of their participation. Nearly 800 posters were submitted by 17 schools involved in the program.
