New Student Registration

New student registration for the 2006-2007 school year will be held June 11th through August 18th from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm – by appointment only.

Parents may sign up for appointments by contacting the Student Center beginning May 1st. Please call Mrs. Peggy Duabe at (412) 221-4542, Extension 216 to set up an appointment.

Please come by the Student Center and pick up a registration packet to have completed prior to your appointment. If this is an impossibility, please call and we will gladly mail you the packet.

Welcome to our school community!

This is a list of items you must have, in addition to the packet of forms, to complete your enrollment process.

1. Immunization Records
2. Birth Certificate
3. Proof of Residency (Utility bill sent to you at your new address, rental agreement, finalized contract for purchase of home)
4. Address of previous school attended (Please be certain you have signed withdrawal forms at the previous school so they can send your child’s academic and health records)
5. Last report card, copies of Standardized Tests, and copy of IEP (if applicable)
