Merchandising Specialist

Merchandising Specialist's Responsibilities:

Help set the fair up on the afternoon of Friday, April 16 – rearrange the library, unpack boxes, set up tables with book displays, and put up posters, decorations, and displays, in the library
Help close down the fair on the morning of Monday, April 26 – pack boxes, take posters and displays down, and put the library back in order
Keep the fair neat during event.
Creates "Recommended by" signs and table signs for local themes
Checks inventory on all shelves and displays daily.
Alerts the Librarian when the Exchange is about to run out of an item
Restocks shelves and displays

Most of this job takes place the Friday before and Monday after the fair.
