Thanks to a partnership between the Pennsylvania Department of Education and Learning Sciences International, the Online Professional Education Network (OPEN) is providing the most leading-edge online professional education programs available today, and it's all available at no charge to eligible Pennsylvania educators. The Online Professional Education Network (OPEN) supports educators by offering high-quality, standards-based online professional development courses that are designed to be applied in the learning environment. By providing these online courses in a rich, multimedia format through OPEN, Learning Sciences is extending equal access to all educators for continued professional development.
