Parents may sign up for appointments beginning May 1st. Please call Megan Colaiacovo at 412- 221-4542 x 216 to set up an appointment. Please pick up a registration packet to have completed prior to your appointment. If this is an impossibility, please call and we will gladly mail you the packet.

This is a list of items you must have, in addition to the packet of forms, to complete your enrollment process.
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency (Utility bill sent to you at your new address, rental agreement, finalized contract for purchase of home)
- Address of previous school attended (Please be certain you have signed withdrawal forms at the previous school so they can send your child’s academic and health records)
- Last report card, copies of Standardized Tests, and copy of IEP (if applicable)
