       Monday - Thursday: 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.
       Friday: 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.
       Saturday: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
    Summer Hours
       Monday - Thursday: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. 
    Please call the Center at 412-221-4542, Ext. 248 
    for hours on days when school is not in session.

    Fitness Center members must complete the necessary forms prior to membership.

    South Fayette School District proudly welcomes staff, students and community members to the Fitness Center in the South Fayette High School.

    Training sessions can be scheduled by calling 412-221-4542, Ext. 248 or via e-mail at Sessions can take place during any of the Center’s hours of operation. Please include your name, a phone number where you can be reached, and a time that works with your schedule in your message. You will be contacted if the time needs to be changed.

    During your training session, you will receive an overview of how to use each piece of equipment and answer any questions you may have about their usage. You should come dressed to work out and the orientation will last approximately an hour. You will also receive a packet of information concerning general aspects of fitness including: the desired number of sets and repetitions to build strength, healthy eating choices for weight-loss, and the amounts of cardiovascular exercise necessary to achieve results.

    About Our Staff
    The Fitness Center offers a state-of-the-art facility and a staff that will help you plan a safe and effective workout routine. In addition to Mr. Vic Iagnemma, South Fayette’s own strength and conditioning teacher, the Center is staffed by fitness assistants who can help you get started.

    About Our Facility
    Once you have received your ID card, members may enter the facility via the side entrance of the Sport and Fitness wing. Locker room facilities, including showers, are available for all Fitness Center members. Locks must be supplied by members and must be removed after each session. Appropriate athletic dress and shoes are required. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.

    Please note that only students in 9th grade or higher will be permitted to use the Fitness Center.
