e.g., items added or removed) prior to or during the upcoming Board meeting. The agenda is posted on the
District’s website as well.
The Board will receive public comments from residents and/or taxpayers either in-person or via an email sent to the School Board, not both. The time limit of comments will not exceed three (3) minutes. Time may not be yielded to or from others. The Board will not respond to questions during this session, only hear public comment. (As per revised Policy 006 – Meetings adopted April 26, 2022). Please send your email comment(s) in advance of the meeting to

please include your name and home address. Email comments may be read aloud during the meeting. Email comments will be incorporated into the meeting minutes and subject to public access.
All visitors are required to sign in, and those wishing to address the Board must sign in on the sign-in sheets at the meeting. The meeting will be recorded.
