The 2019-2022 Strategic Plan was approved by the South Fayette Township School District Board of Directors in May and was developed through feedback by multiple stakeholders, which included students, parents, staff, administration, community members, and business partners. The plan is to serve as a blueprint for success and includes overarching goals, action plans, rationale, timelines, and measures. Successful practices like our reading achievement and STEAM programs will continue but are not specifically spelled out in the plan. Instead, the Strategic Plan addresses areas of growth focusing on preparing students for technology-driven global workforce.
