Zoe McCoy's artwork has been chosen for Congressman Doyle’s “People’s Choice” poll for the PA-18 Art Competition.  She is a 10th grader representing South Fayette HS so feel free to vote and to encourage your students to get their family and friends to vote for her art!  Zoe's artwork is titled "Unclear"; a beautiful 12x15" Watercolor self-portrait looking out of a soaked window pane. So many can relate to her feelings of day to day uncertainty.
