Congratulations to Charley Rossi as he is a recipient of the WPIAL Scholar Athlete/James Collins Award. The winners were announced during the annual WPIAL meeting on April 14, 2021. Each year, the WPIAL selects 10 males and 10 females from the applicants and each winner is awarded a $1,000 scholarship.
