The public is invited to attend in person or via streaming, using the following YouTube link.
The Board will receive public comments from residents and/or taxpayers either in-person or via an email sent the School Board, not both. The time limit of comments will not exceed three (3) minutes. Time may not be yielded to or from others. The Board will not respond to questions during this session, only hear public comment. (As per revised Policy 006 – Meetings adopted May 23, 2006). Please send your email comment(s) in advance of the meeting to the following email address:[email protected]
When sending the email, please include your name and home address. Email comments may be read aloud during the meeting. Email comments will be incorporated into the meeting minutes and subject to public access.
If you are attending the meeting in person, masks are recommended, but not required to be worn and to still allow for social distancing, there will be limited seating in the Studio with overflow seating in the hallway. Should any resident in the hallway wish to make public comments, please wait in the Studio hallway until you are invited to the Studio lectern to make your comments. All visitors are required to sign in, and those wishing to address the Board must do so on the sign-in sheets provided in the Studio.
