Student Registration

Welcome to our school community!

Parents may sign up for appointments to register their child by contacting the Elementary office or the guidance counselor. Please call 412-221-4542 x 332 or 335 to set up an appointment.

Please come by the Elementary office and pick up a registration packet to have completed prior to your appointment. If this is impossible, please call and we will gladly mail you the packet.

This is a list of items you must have, in addition to the packet of forms, to complete your enrollment process.
  1. Immunization Records
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Two Proofs of Residency (Utility bill sent to you at your new address, driver's license, rental agreement, finalized contract for purchase of home)
  4. Address of previous school attended (Please be certain you have signed withdrawal forms at the previous school so they can send your child’s academic and health records)
  5. A copy of IEP (if applicable)
