SFHS will be administering the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) to interested students on Wednesday, February 7th from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The test is optional and open to students in grades 10-12. Students who would like to participate should stop in the Counseling Office to sign up. They can also email Mrs. Sharro at [email protected]

The ASVAB test can be used as a Career Exploration tool to help students learn about themselves and potential occupations that are in line with their skills and interests, as well as corresponding career opportunities within the military. While students who are interested in military enlistment should take the ASVAB, there is no obligation or commitment to military service and can be used as another opportunity for feedback on personal strengths and potential career pathways.
