Dear Families,
As we continue to adapt our processes of receiving and responding to COVID-related illnesses and diagnoses in our students, we have developed a universal COVID Symptoms/Exposure Notification Form for our families to use instead of emailing or calling the school nurse, teacher, administrative assistant, or principal. This form will truly assist our district staff in responding more efficiently to COVID notifications, as well as other health concerns that families share with the school district.
Beginning now, families who have a child with a confirmed positive case of COVID-19, experiencing symptoms, or who has been exposed as a close contact to an infected individual, are asked to use this LINK in order to notify the school district.
The COVID-19 situation has experienced rapid changes recently, and we continue to do our best to support our students, staff, and families. We appreciate your cooperation during these times.
