Hello!  It is time to begin the cap, gown and tassel ordering process for the Class of 2023!  All seniors are required to wear a cap, gown and tassel at the Commencement ceremony which will be held on Thursday, June 8th, 2023 at the South Fayette Stadium. As they have done in years past, our seniors will have the option to wear white or green caps and gowns for the ceremony.  

Jostens, our senior apparel representative, will be holding an assembly the morning of January 24th, 2023 in the High School Theatre to present a brief overview of the cap, gown and tassel ordering process along with other senior packages available to purchase through the Jostens’ website www.jostens.com.  Dr. Hartzell and Mr. Butts, the High School Principals, and Mrs. Holley, Graduation Ceremony Coordinator,  will also be in attendance to review graduation and the Commencement ceremony details and to also answer any questions the seniors may have.

Our Jostens representative, Brendan Shaughnessy,  will review at the assembly the online ordering process as well as provide a packet containing the in-school ordering form for their cap, gown and tassel along with a catalog showing other senior items, such as announcements, apparel, etc.

There are two ways to place your order for the cap/gown/tassel unit:  

(1)  By form - Seniors can either submit their completed order form with payment (check, money order or credit card only) to our Jostens representative during their lunches on February 1st, 2023.   Also, if you are paying by credit card on the form, all fees are waived by Jostens, or

 (2)  Online - place your order online at the link provided below.  Please be aware the price of the cap/gown/tassel unit will be slightly higher if ordering online, due to the service/delivery and tax fees.  You can place your order at any time.  You do not have to wait until the January 24th assembly.

Jostens will return to the high school on February 1st to collect all in-person orders with payment during the seniors’ lunches.   Check, money orders or credit card payment will only be accepted.   Cash will not be accepted.

All cap and gown orders must be submitted by February 17, 2023. Also, if your senior is borrowing a cap and gown or wearing a siblings, please notify Mrs. Holley in the Main Office at [email protected].  Also, be sure to order a "2023" tassel to go with your cap.
