To obtain a work permit, please fill out the work permit application, including a parent signature and provide a proof of age document such as a birth certificate, passport, baptismal certificate or driver's license to the High School Main Office Mon.-Fri. between 8:00 -3:00. During the summer months, Mon.-Thurs. only.
