Currently the 24-25 Device Loan Agreement and Parent/Student Responsibilities are available to Parent/Guardians of incoming High School Students only. This will be opened up to grades 1-8 in August. K will be able to access and complete the forms after the first day of school. More information will be provided to Parent/Gaurardians of K-8 in August. Thank You.
Parents/Guardians of Incoming High School Students:
South Fayette High School will begin distributing Dell laptops to all returning students beginning on Monday July 22, 2024, and continuing on the dates and times listed below. “Returning” refers to students who attended South Fayette (8th grade, cyber or high school) last year and will be attending South Fayette High School or SF High School Cyber this year. Beginning this year, the annual warranty payment and laptop paperwork will be completed within the parent’s account in PowerSchool. If you do not have a parent account, please email techsupport@southfayette.org for assistance.
IMPORTANT:
Parents of returning high school students must log into their PowerSchool Parent Account and complete the annual laptop paperwork and warranty payment before the device can be picked up. Annual Laptop Paperwork Instructions
Either the student or their parent/guardian must pick up the device on one of the dates/times listed below.
If you are a returning student , you may also choose to pick up your device on the first day of school. Students new to the district will receive their devices after the first day but during the first week of school.

Tuesday, July 23, 2024: 9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 24, 2024: 1 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 1, 2024: 9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Monday, August 5, 2024: 1 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Upon arrival on the designated dates, students and/or parents/guardians should enter through the front Theatre entrance to the high school. The student and/or parent/guardian of that student will sign for the school-issued device, charger, and case. Devices will only be distributed to the student or the student’s parent/guardian. Please do not ask family, friends, or neighbors to pick up your child’s laptop.
