The Little Lions Early Learning Academy at
- Be requesting enrollment for student that will be 4-years of age by September 1, 2025
- Be a resident of the South Fayette Township School District
- Only submit ONE type of form per household
- If you have more than one child you want to enroll in the lottery drawing, such as a sibling or multiples, you will complete the request for them on one form. You will be given one lottery number for multiple children. This DOES NOT apply to cousins, neighbors, etc.- ONLY siblings.
- Submit the lottery request during the timeframe provided- NO EXCEPTIONS
Lottery request forms can be submitted by using an online form between the dates of December 4 and December 20, 2024. Requests made before or after these dates will automatically be placed on a waiting list after the lottery has taken place. Requests via email will not be honored; you must use the online form provided.
When will I receive my number for the Lottery Drawing?
Once forms are received, lottery numbers for the drawing will be emailed by January 3, 2025. We will NOT release lottery numbers until those dates. We respectfully request that you wait until January 4, 2025, to email us at [email protected] if you have not heard from us. Thank you.
When will the Lottery Drawing take place?
The lottery drawing will take place on Monday, January 6, 2025, beginning at 2:10 PM virtually via Google Meet (link will be sent by 2:00pm on January 6 to email used to register). Entrants do not need to attend in order to secure a spot if their number is called. You MUST check your email to see if you secured a spot because information will need to be submitted in order to finalize your spot in the program. In the event we need to move to a virtual drawing, entrants will be notified.
If an in-person drawing is held, numbers will be drawn, and classes will be filled on a first-pulled, first-enrolled basis. Please keep in mind that priority registration is granted to children of employees of the district who meet the program eligibility guidelines. Waitlists will be filled in the order numbers are drawn if preferred choices are not granted.

What can I expect after the Lottery Drawing on January 6, 2025?
Families would be notified via email if they secured a spot in one of our programs or a waitlist on the day of the lottery. This email will inform families of what documentation and payment will need to be submitted no later than Wednesday, January 15, 2025. Paperwork and deposits can be mailed or given in person at South Fayette High School. If paperwork and deposit are not received by the required date, the spot in our program will be lost - no exceptions. We respectfully request that you wait until January 7, 2025, to email us if you have not heard from us about your lottery drawing outcome. Thank you.
What if we miss the lottery request timeframe?
Families who do not submit a lottery request in the time frame given will be placed on a waitlist for their preferred choices in the order in which their requests are received. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
