Funds on Student Accounts
All students are assigned a cafeteria account number using their student ID number. This number follows them through their senior year. All remaining balances in your student's cafeteria account at the end of the school year will remain in their accounts and will be available at the start of the next school year.

Heartland Corporation offers South Fayette parents' the convenience of online meal payments by utilizing MySchoolBucks. This site allows online credit card payments that are directly deposited into your student’s cafeteria account. There will be a percentage based usage fee of 3.95% that will cover the cost of the transaction. The fee is collected by Heartland at the time of the service. You may register your student's account by using their student ID number or birth date at www.myschoolbucks.com

Note: For parents signing up for “myschoolbucks.com” with a credit card, you are able to sign up for a low balance notification or you may select that the students lunch account replenished when it reaches a low amount.

. At the end of the school year, our normal practice is to check for siblings and transfer the funds over to the sibling's account. Another choice, you may request to donate your child's balance to a special Donation Fund
